Håkon Ege — Founder & Editorial
Håkon connects strategic foresight, sector intelligence, learning and European project development. Through Collective Innovation, he helps organisations understand change, explore possible futures and turn research into strategy, partnerships and practical projects.
At Space Insights, he leads the editorial direction: framing research questions, connecting new signals with earlier evidence, challenging interpretations and shaping the final analysis. His focus is on what developments in Europe’s space industry mean for decisions, and what evidence to watch next.
He also designs the AI-assisted research workflows and digital platforms supporting this work, combining source evidence with human judgement and editorial review. His wider work spans sport, space, and energy and climate, alongside EU funding and international partnership development.
Gamze Aydın — Research & Communication Director
Gamze coordinates research and communication at Space Insights, connecting source material, sector developments and the needs of readers across the European space industry. Her background in EU project management and strategic communications informs her work with funding frameworks and stakeholder ecosystems.
She supports research preparation and the publication calendar, and develops the visual presentation and communication of the platform’s analysis across the website and LinkedIn. Her role is to make complex findings accessible while preserving their evidence, context and qualifications, working with Håkon on the editorial direction.
